Garrett Liners is the longest-established vinyl swimming pool liner manufacturer in the world. Founded in 1964 by Bill and Winnie Garrett, it is currently managed by second-generation owner, Ken Garrett. “We’ve grown from a 5,000 square foot location in an old industrial building in Clifton Heights, Pennsylvania, to our current modern, state-of-the-art 50,000 square foot manufacturing facility in Fallsington, Pennsylvania. This facility serves as our headquarters and manufacturing center for in-ground liners, above-ground liners, and pool safety covers.”
